Inside the $75 MILLION Malibu TRIANGLE House built by broadcasting billionaire David Saperstein – complete with a private beach, 12 bedrooms, and a cinema (plus it’s had a $40 MILLION price cut)

This truly is a slice of prime real estate.

The famed 12 bedroom, 14 bathroom, ‘triangle house’ in Malibu, California, has hit the market for $75 million and in a new video, YouTuber Enes Yilmazer gives viewers a comprehensive tour.

Broadcasting billionaire David Saperstein – who made his fortune developing the idea of using helicopters to provide up-to-date traffic reports – built this 10,600-square-foot compound overlooking Paradise Cove in the late 1990s.

He put it up for sale in 2020 for $115 million, but it has since been relisted with a considerable discount.

Enes explains that it is nicknamed the triangle house, as ‘if you look at this house from a bird’s eye view you’ll realize that its shaped like a V and the point of the V is where we have the infinity edged pool. So it’s a really unique architecture.’

In his walkthrough, the social media star starts in the double height lobby, which features a massive crystal chandelier that goes all the way down to the lower level.

He then moves through to the formal living room, which serves up floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors making the most of the ocean views.

Other nooks he showcases in the open plan area include a slick-looking bar area, and a dining area that can seat 12 with a glistening crystal chandelier acting as the centerpiece.

Off the dining room, there is a small service hallway which leads through to a professional grade chef’s kitchen complete with stainless steel cabinetry and countertops.

There are also several unique features in the form of a built-in ice cream machine and a rotisserie oven to cook chickens – and there is even a chef’s table.

Commenting on the state-of-the-art cooking space, Mikey the cameraman says: ‘This is incredible.

‘Whoever designed this kitchen had entertaining in mind. I feel like you can serve a lot of people here and there’s a lot of diversity in what you can cook because of all the appliances they have.’

Moving down a level, the real estate expert discovers a games area with a pool table, another bar clad with natural stone, and a plush 20-seat movie theatre with a with professional grade projector room.

Enes muses: ‘[This is] one of the chicest movie theaters that we have seen on our channel… it’s so elegant.’

The lower level is also home to two guest suites with full bathrooms.

Before touring the home’s second level, Enes whizzes past the pool and outdoor kitchen in a golf cart to the private beach area.

The sandy patch, which is just off the main beach, features two roomy cabanas and floodlights, so that guests can enjoy the oceanside space into the evening.

Back in the home, Enes quickly takes a peek at the guest rooms on the top floor before moving on to the pièce de résistance: the primary bedroom.

He says of the sprawling space: ‘This bedroom feels like we’re on the bow of a ship or a yacht where you have nothing but the ocean in front of you.

‘Obviously the views are fantastic and I can only imagine what its like to wake up in the morning and start your day in this bedroom. Just being able to walk outside, enjoy the ocean and just see your incredible home.’

Off the bedroom, there is a wraparound balcony, a bathroom with a freestanding copper tub and an expansive walk-in wardrobe, which Enes says is one of the largest he has ever seen.

Along with offering top notch interior design, and prime positioning, Enes says the property’s landscaped grounds – which span 2.57 acres – are another selling point.

He explains: ‘The landscaping of this property is absolutely incredible, we have walkways, water features throughout and next to the driveway, we have a kids’ play area.

‘If I lived here I would walk around all the time. You have different walkways that take you to different parts of the home.’

Other features of the outdoor space include a motor court, a tennis court, an eight car subterranean garage, a gym, a laundry room and another separate guest apartment which Enes says would be ‘perfect for your staff.’

The three-story house, which is located at 27930 Pacific Coast Highway, is currently listed with Chris Cortazzo of Compass

The listing states: ‘This is truly a once in a generation opportunity to acquire a beach compound of rare quality, enchanting beauty, architectural integrity, luxurious and resort style living and entertaining, in the ultra-prestigious and exclusive Paradise Cove.’
