The Scottish dance teacher, 25, showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a white semi-sheer lace bra and matching thong from Lounge Underwear.
She then slipped into a busty black bra and matching pants while smiling for a mirror selfie with her camera.
Erica is currently taking part in the Channel 4 dating show and married husband Jordan Gayle sight unseen.
The beauty admitted she has had a habit for dating bad boys and wants the experts to match her with someone more suitable.

The Edinburgh native has been left heartbroken on many occasions and has been single for a year, as she plans to cast her net wider than Edinburgh.
Erica got into teaching after ‘losing her passion for performing’ and decided to start teaching students in dance, something she finds extremely rewarding.
She has also recently set up a social media business on the side.
It comes after MAFS viewers were left shocked on Thursday evening after Tasha hurled a very offensive insult at Erica during an explosive argument.
During a couples’ catch-up over a drink, Tasha immediately pounced on Erica for ‘snubbing’ a hug during the E4 show.
Childcare assistant Tasha, 25, was quick to brand dancer Erica, also 25, a ‘tramp’, leaving TV watchers flabbergasted.
A furious Erica said: ‘You’ve been in here five seconds and called me a tramp.
Tasha responded: ‘Because you’ve disrespected me again.
Jordan took Erica’s side, saying: ‘That’s not a big reason to call someone a tramp, surely you know that?’
Speaking to the camera, Erica said: ‘Tasha’s lucky I’m giving her the time of day with how she’s approached me.’
MAFS viewers were left appalled by the shocking outburst, with many turning against Tasha, branding her the ‘mean girl’ of the show.

It’s not the first time that the two have come to blows as last week tension grew very quickly between them .
As the two groups headed off to different locations, without their partners, to reflect on their relationships, fans spotted the awkwardness between newcomer Erica and OJ Tasha.
What started as eye rolling and sniggering looks across the room, an explosive row erupted when Erica called out Tasha, asking what her problem what.
The row began when Erica admitted to the group that she thought her relationship was the ‘strongest couple’.
Tasha felt Erica was airing her opinion on other people’s relationships and situations too much and felt it was a bold statement to make, considering she had only been their for ‘five minutes’.
Whereas Erica felt ‘mean girl energy’ from Tasha, who had continued to brush off sarcastic remarks and snidey faces.
Erica confronted Tasha calmly and said: ‘You just can’t be happy for me’.
Tasha added: ‘Strongest couple? Been here five minutes love, get a grip.’
When the row kicked off, Erica said: ‘I can see that something wasn’t right with her towards me, the eye rolling, the sniggering looks.
‘I don’t know what this is, is there anything between me and you, any issues?’

Tasha said: ‘In response to what this is, I just started to get a bad energy off you.
‘Today having big big opinions, I was like “did she say that”, you’ve only been their for five minutes?’
Ella chipped in, agreeing with Tasha and said: ‘I’m a girls girls but I do get the same energy’.
As Erica started to feel targeted, Tasha started to raise her voice, insisting she is allowed to have her own opinion and that ‘people don’t have to like people’.
But Erica later told Tasha to ‘shut up’ causing her to blow up in Erica’s face while standing up and screaming.
Tasha said: ‘Who the f*** are you telling to shut up. Don’ tell me to shut up.’
As the group told Tasha to go outside to get some air and calm down, Erica quickly remarked: ‘Go on, f*** off.’
