Anthony Joshua DEFENDS Dillon Danis over his feud with Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal as he insists ‘there are no rules in boxing’… despite the former MMA star being hit with a restraining order

Anthony Joshua has come to the defence of Dillon Danis, despite the MMA star being hit with a restraining order over his persistent attacks on Logan Paul‘s fiancee Nina Agdal

Danis is set to fight YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul in a boxing ring on October 14 at Manchester Arena.

There is no love lost between the pair, with Danis regularly targeting Agdal on social media to get to Paul in the lead-up to their bout.

Danis was hit with a restraining order after harrassing his rival’s model partner, by repeatedly posting photos of her online.

Former world heavyweight champion Joshua has defended Danis by stating that ‘anything is acceptable in the art of war’.

In an interview with DAZN, which has been posted on social media, Joshua said: ‘I’ll be real, in this game of boxing, there are no rules.

‘The internet is undefeated. All of your information is out there at the end of the day. What you put out there will always come back around full circle.

‘Unfortunately, they are using this as a war tactic – and you’re at war. So there are no low blows and anything is acceptable in the art of war.’

Danis ramped up the personal attacks on Agdal by sharing an X-rated video of Paul’s fiancee talking explicitly about her sexual cravings.

She filed a lawsuit against him, claiming Paul’s opponent posted ‘despicable’ things about her more than 250 times since the bout was announced. She claimed in the suit that she has suffered humiliation, emotional distress and reputational harm.

Danis has continued his attacks in the wake of the filing. A day after he was served with papers, he posted a photo of a half-naked Agdal posing on a beach.

He shared the photo to his X, formerly known as Twitter, profile, writing, ‘Morning,’ and the sun emoji – the same caption he has continuously used throughout his incessant trolling.

Danis had been served outside his apartment building in Jersey City, New Jersey Monday morning and, in a video obtained by TMZ, a process server can be seen waiting for Danis outside the building as the fighter approached with two friends.

‘I have a document for you, Mr. Danis,’ the server said as he attempted to hand the envelope to Danis.

However, the 30-year-old bizarrely denied that he’s Mr. Danis, responding: ‘That’s not me.’

Danis refused to take the envelope and brushed off the man as he entered the building.

The process server was told he cannot enter the building, so instead placed the envelope on the floor.

Paul has said that his fiancee will be present for his next fight despite the restraining order.

As previously reported by Mail Sport, Paul said: ‘It’s not a physical restraining order, she’ll be there.’

And Paul went to say that he has no anxiety about what might occur when both Agdal and Danis are in the same vicinity.

He explained: ‘No, no anxiety. Nina is a warrior, dude, Dillon Danis is a puddle. Dillon Danis on Twitter, on X, behind a keyboard, is much different than Dillon Danis in person.”

‘I saw it, I witnessed it face to face. Just two separate entities. And that night, in particular, will be incredibly glorious.’

October 14’s bout will be the first time that Paul has stepped inside a boxing ring since facing Floyd Mayweather Jr in 2021.

Danis, meanwhile, was supposed to fight KSI in 2022 but withdrew beforehand amid allegations that he was underprepared. That makes the October 14 bout his first pro boxing match.

Danis and Paul are co-headliners alongside KSI’s bout with Tommy Fury.
