House hunters looking for a little luxury and something different may have a garden sauna on their property wish list.
With the latter part of this year’s summer being damper and cooler than many would like, people could be forgiven for favouring a sauna over an outdoor pool.
The good news is that, while they can occupy the grounds of million-pound houses, saunas can also be found in the gardens of more modest homes.

The selected properties for sale have asking prices that range from £240,000 to £1.75million.
Daniel Copley, of Zoopla, said: ‘After an unseasonably cool start to August, a garden sauna is likely to be the more appealing option to many Brits who would normally favour a swimming pool as their outdoor luxury of choice.
‘A sauna can also be a better investment as it can be enjoyed all year round, whereas a pool is likely to only be used in the summer months.’
