Fans anticipating the 2:22 A Ghost Story on UK stage tour were given a first look at what is to come on Wednesday.
New images showed EastEnders‘ actress Louisa Lytton taking on the role of Jenny alongside fellow soap star Joe Absolom as Ben.
Louisa was announced she was taking on the iconic role last week, following stars Cheryl, Lily Allen and Laura Whitmore who have also played the part.
The star, 34, will front the thriller at theatres across the country from September.
Taking to Instagram last Thursday, Louisa who is best known for playing Ruby Allen in Albert Square – posted a promotional image of herself in character and shared details of her exciting news alongside.

In the first look images she wore a buttoned up brown dress and white cardigan as she got to work on stage.
Other images showed her with the rest of the cast as they acted out the tense scenes together.
Joining her on tour will be fellow EastEnders alum Joe Absolom as Ben, It’s A Sin star Nathaniel as Sam, and Scottish actress Charlene Boyd as Lauren.
In her announcement Louisa penned: ‘Thrilled to finally be able to say I’m back on the boards! With a new cast of @222aghoststory A gift of a role, an incredible script. Pretty dreamy stuff. Catch us around the UK from 1st Sep! See you soon.’
Louisa will be starring in the play as Jenny, who believes her new home is haunted but her husband Sam remains skeptical.
In the play, they argue with their first dinner guests – old friend Lauren and new partner Ben – and decide to stay awake until 2.22am to discover the truth.
Louisa first appeared on screens as troubled runaway Ruby Allen in EastEnders back in 2005, hanging around Albert Square with the likes of Stacey Slater.
The actress then appeared on the small screen in The Bill, Casualty and Murdoch Mysteries, as well as theatre productions such as Grease.

In 2018 she returned to her EastEnders role, almost 12 years after she departed the BBC One Soap.
In 2017, Lytton began a relationship with businessman Ben Bhanvra, after the pair met through a mutual friend.
The couple got engaged on 7 February 2019, on Lytton’s 30th birthday, and later tied the knot in Italy in July 2022.
In March 2021, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. Their daughter, Aura, was born on 30 August 2021.
Back in April it was unveiled that Jaime Winstone would take over from Cheryl as Jenny in 2:22 A Ghost Story in May at the Apollo Theatre, where she will perform until September 17.
The West End thriller relies heavily on what’s known as stunt casting – where a celebrity, often with little or no acting experience, is given a role to sell tickets.
One Tree Hill actress Sophia, 40, joins Jaime on stage after taking on the role of Lauren in the massively popular West End show.
Game of Thrones star Ricky Champ portrays Ben in the West End play while theatre star Clifford Samuel also makes up the current cast.
Jaime is best-known for her portrayal of Barbara Windsor in Babs, as well as her roles in Kidulthood, Dead Set and After Hours.
In 2009, she made her stage debut in The Fastest Clock in the Universe, playing Foxtrot’s pregnant fiancée Sherbet Gravel.
Sophia starred as Brooke Davis in CW drama One Tree Hill before going on to secure roles in Chicago PD and medical drama Good Sam.
