But despite there being more than 3,600 emoji available to choose from, there are often times when you just can’t find the character you need.
Thankfully, help is at and, as Google has launched a new tool that lets you create your own emoji mashups.
From basketball avocados to strawberry sloths, the opportunitites are almost endless with the hilarious tool.

To create your hybrid emoji, simply open Google Search on your computer, and type ’emoji kitchen’ into the search bar.
An array of cheeky emoji will appear at the top of your search results, with a blue button inviting you to ‘Get cooking.’
Click on this button, and the emoji mashup tool will appear.
To create your mashups, click on the emoji on the left at the top of the screen, before selecting the first emoji you’d like to use in your hybrid.
Once you’re happy with your selection, click on the emoji in the middle at the top of the screen, before selecting the second emoji you’d like touse in your hybrid.
The emoji mashup will then appear on the right at the top of the screen.
Google has also included a ‘Randomise’ option if you’re struggling for inspiration.
To show off your creation, click on the emoji to copy it to your device’s clipboard.

The launch of the new tool comes shortly after experts from musicMagpie revealed Britain’s top 10 emoji ‘icks’.
The results revealed that the top emoji ick was the ‘two hearts’ icon, with 45 per cent of respondants finding this emoji cringe-worthy.
This wasn’t the only heart emoji that was considered an ick, with the ‘heart suit’, ‘red heart’, and ‘smiling face with hearts’ also featured in the top ten.
Other faces to hit the top list were the ‘kissing face’, ‘winking face’, and ‘smiling face with open mouth and tightly closed eyes’.
Meanwhile, rounding out the top ten were the ‘person with folded hands’, ‘fire’ and ‘rolling eyes’.
