Uri Geller is selling his palatial waterside mansion for £7.5million – after swapping it for ‘a tiny apartment with Ikea furniture’ in his native Israel.
The spoon-bending psychic quit his home of more than three decades after relocating to his homeland where he has set up his own museum.
Estate agents say the sale offers buyers ‘a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most spectacular waterside mansions in the UK’.
The nine-bedroomed mansion features a series of unique features which give an insight into the former lifestyle of the illusionist who has been wowing audiences around the world since the 1970’s.
And the magician has conjured up a way of tempting buyers by offering up the property at half price.
When Sonning Court was briefly put up for sale in 2015 it came with a staggering price tag of £15 million.

It comes complete with a gym, jacuzzi, heated covered swimming pool, floodlit tennis court, separate staff accommodation – and even has its own helipad.
A modern stainless steel and glass staircase leads the way to ‘an entertainment hall’ on the lower ground floor which features a state-of-the-art cinema and a bar.
There’s also a separate cellar with a panic room and a safe as well as a wine vault which provides ‘ample storage for an extensive wine collection’.
The ‘magnificent galleried entrance hall’ is said to ‘epitomise both grandeur and beauty in equal measure’ and opens to four expansive reception rooms, while ‘a panorama room’ offers spectacular views over the Chiltern Hills.
At the bottom of the garden there’s 111 metres of river mooring.
There are Japanese water gardens consisting of three interlinked ponds along with a traditional red bridge while the garden also includes a glass meditation pyramid.

All nine bedrooms in the property have en-suite bathrooms with one of the ground floor that had been an additional nanny residence with its own entrance and could also be used for guests.
There’s also a separate two-bedroom apartment which served as staff accommodation over a four car garage.
Geller, 76, discovered the property in 1986 while looking for a country home outside of London.
Originally built in 1970, Geller worked closely with his architect ‘to incorporate Palladian architectural influences’ and create a dream home for himself, wife Hanna and children Natalie and Daniel.
Over the years Geller hosted a wealth of celebrities including Formula One drivers, the Queen’s cousin Prince Michael of Kent and Michael Jackson.
The late singer was Geller’s best man when he renewed his wedding vows in 2001.

In May, Geller told how he had moved back to Tel Aviv and didn’t ‘travel anymore’.
He said: ‘I live in a tiny apartment in Tel Aviv, with Ikea furniture. I could pick up this apartment and put it into one of the big rooms at my house by the Thames.’
Geller – who claims his metal-bending powers have been verified by the CIA – said of his life: ‘When I was in my early 20s and all the fame and the fortune went to my head, I went crazy. I became sick – with bulimia, anorexia.
‘I was buying Rolex watches, driving the biggest limousine in New York. I’d go and buy not one silk shirt, but 80 at a go.
‘That’s all over now. I don’t indulge because I overindulged.’
Asked about his ‘best money decision’ he said: ‘Property, because you want to invest in tangible assets and the value of bricks and mortar always goes up in the long run. I’ve done this throughout the years, although now I only live in Tel Aviv, in my apartment and with my museum.’
The museum in a former soap factory contains Geller’s collection of celebrity memorabilia and wonky cutlery including a 1970 Cadillac covered in spoons and a ‘gold ‘egg’ that John Lennon told Geller he received from an extraterrestrial being.
