Just a few days ago, 41-year-old Kate burst into infectious laughter as while trying on an emergency life-jacket – and inflating it during her visit to a Royal Navy air base in Somerset.

Laughter, in fact, has become a real theme in her public appearances.
During a visit to Stockholm in 2018, Kate got competitive as she and William tried their hand at bandy hockey – a version of ice hockey.
Wrapped up in thick coats, bobble hats and snow boots, William and Kate were each handed a stick and ball and invited to take three shots at goal from a red carpet that had been hilariously rolled out onto the ice.
William stepped up first and scored with two of his attempts, while Kate, who was a formidable field hockey player at school, had a better stance but was on target just once. But always the good sport, Kate happily laughed off her defeat.

Princess of Wales, who is known for her love of sports, joined a team of pupils being supported by Dame Kelly’s trust at its base in Bath in May of this year.

Kate was snapped laughing and having a kick about with a football as she attended Cambridgeshire County Day at Newmarket Racecourse with her husband back in June last year.
Kate, who was wearing a blue LK Bennett patterned dress, and wedge heels, had no problem hitting the target, much to the pleasure of the assembled crowds.
The Princess of Wales was in a fit of giggles while visiting the harbour town of Falmouth on Thursday to learn about the area’s heritage at the National Maritime Museum Cornwall in February.
